Liked our holiday here and will be back. Travelled with our family, overall the hotel was straightforward. The room was neat, with a private bathroom. Location: the venue was very close to Augsburg. Besides, Zamzam Well was 3 km away from the venue.

Great Location near important city hubs, Amiable staff, and good value. During my city break to Augsburg, I stayed in a room that was conveniently located near important city locations. Not only did it have excellent transport connections, but the staff was exceedingly amiable and helpful.

The signage around the property was a bit unclear, which made finding the correct entrance somewhat confusing.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Elaya Hotel Augsburg. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with a mini kitchenette, including cutlery and a fridge. The comfortable bed and big smart TV made for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the option for early check-in and the availability of parking for a reasonable fee. Additionally, having supermarkets within walking distance was convenient.

While there were many positives, I did find a couple of downsides. The location of the hotel was a bit far from the center, which may not be ideal for those wanting to be closer to the main attractions.
